for offices and teams
The office has a voice now.
Stand-up in five minutes, a gong for every closed deal, the pizza is here. Quak turns the Sonos in your office into the team's loudspeaker, without anyone shouting across the floor.
Everyone on the team gets their own login. Quiet hours keep the evenings quiet.

Rituals, wins and the pizza.
- Mon–Fri, 9:55scheduled
“Stand-up in five minutes. Grab a coffee.”
Set it once, it plays every weekday. Holidays and weekends stay quiet.
- From your CRMAPI
“🎉 Deal closed: 24 months with Nordlicht GmbH!”
A webhook calls the API, the whole floor hears it, with a gong or a stadium crowd if you like.
- 12:31push-to-talk
“The pizza is here, first come, first served!”
Hold the button, say it, let go. Your voice can also play live, while you talk.
- DeployCI
“Deploy is green. Nice work, everyone.”
One line in your pipeline, and the team hears when the release is out. Or when it isn't.
- Contact formtrigger URL
“🔔 New inquiry from the website. Who takes it?”
Your form tool calls a trigger URL after every message, the sales team hears a gong. No code, no API key in the form, just one web address.
- Every day, 19:50alarm system
“The alarm goes on in ten minutes. Last one out, please close the windows.”
Before the alarm system arms itself, the whole office hears it. Nobody gets locked in with a motion detector, nobody leaves a window open.

Questions you might have
Will it interrupt our music?
The music gets quieter for the announcement and plays on afterwards. With priority you can also cut in right away.
Can we keep some rooms out of it?
Yes. Pick the speakers or groups per announcement, and set quiet hours per weekday.
Is there a Slack app?
Yes, in beta: /quak in any channel, read a message aloud, stop it with a button. An admin adds it once for the whole Slack workspace.
Do we need a data processing agreement?
A DPA is available from the Family plan on. Quak runs on servers in Germany and keeps texts and audio only for your audio cache time, 24 hours at most.
