Do I need special speakers?
No, the Sonos speakers you have. Most models can play announcements, you see which ones after connecting.
Can the kids use it?
On Family everyone gets their own login. And quiet hours make sure nobody wakes the house at 3 a.m.
Does Quak replace my smoke detectors or alarm system?
No. Keep your certified detectors and alarm system, Quak adds the words: where it is and what to do, on every speaker. It needs the internet and your Sonos, so it's an extra, not the alarm itself.
