No. Quak is for everyday hellos and reminders. For emergencies, use a care call system or the phone.
Can my parents answer?
Not through Quak, it only speaks. For a real conversation the phone is still best, Quak is the friendly nudge in between.
Do they need an account?
No. You connect their Sonos once, they only listen. Nothing to install on their side.
